My Approach to Recovery and Strength
In my practice, I combine orthopedic rehabilitation, pelvic health, and functional strength training to help clients bridge the gap between rehab and real life. My sessions are one-on-one, allowing for a personal, guided experience that focuses on your goals and progress.
